MITRE/UNH Public Release: Starting in September 2022, the SAIL lab has been working with the MITRE Corporation on a project for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) on developing an open-source Adversary Engagement Ontology. Last Monday, our team was finally given the go-ahead to publicly release the first version of this ontology, which is now available here: https://aeontology.sail-lab.org/ . This is a major accomplishment for our university, as it not only affiliates us with a major thrust under DC3, but also because this project will soon be adopted by the Linux Foundation, thus putting our name on the map as a major contributor to the growing domains of Adversary Engagement and Cyber Domain Ontologies.
